Who are we? What’s important around here? What are we known for? What characterizes our people, our plans, our passion? Who is drawn to us? These are questions of culture. Our culture is not so much what we do but how we do it. Culture is about values, attitudes, priorities, and every organization has a culture. Culture is a product of what we emphasize, teach, model, measure, fund, celebrate, and reward. Church culture is not optional. We have a culture. We can either be intentional and purpose driven or just let things happen without purpose. At Landmark we choose to be intentional.

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind. And, love your neighbor as yourself." Luke 10:27

HONOR – We honor the Lord Jesus and His Word, each other, and every person who enters our building.
John 12:26: If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.
Romans 12:10: Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another.

FAMILY – A sense of belonging to a family/community is one of the deepest and most fundamental human needs. Landmark is a place where we know people and are known; where we serve other’s needs and forge strong bonds - the deepest level of connection – based on relationship, involvement and commitment to Jesus.
Ephesians 3:14-15: For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
Galatians 6:10: Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.

WORSHIP – The presence of God is our greatest treasure! Every time we come together, we expect a divine, transforming encounter with Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit. It is impossible to experience God without worship!
Jesus said in John 4:23: “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

GENEROSITY – Our culture includes sacrificial generosity, putting God first in our finances so we can prosper in every part of our lives. We desire to be blessed so we can be a blessing and all needs can be met.
Proverbs 10:22: The blessing of the LORD makes one rich and He adds no sorrow with it.
